Elections – 1 May 2008
Local Authority Elections will take place in Wales and parts of England on 1st May 2008. In London, elections will take place for the Mayor of London and the London Assembly.

Registration as a service voter now lasts (thanks to the Service voting campaign of 2005-06) for three years instead of just one year.
